Agent Configuration

Once you have created your account, you can configure your agent to automate tasks on your services using preconfigured tools or by adding your own tool. To configure the agent, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Neuraan Console and click Initial Configuration.

   

2. Change the agent’s name (this name identifies the agent within the platform) and click Save:

   

   TIP

   Copy the AI Identifier so you have it on hand if you need support.

3. Configure your tools.
