Cal Availability Configuration

The Cal Availability tool allows your agent to check your availability. To configure this tool, follow these steps:

  1. Create an account on Cal
To configure this agent, the first thing you need to do is go to https://cal.com/ to create or log in to your account.

    • If you are creating your account, fill in the required fields, choose your preferred calendar, and connect your video apps. Then, you will have the option to set your availability.
    • The last step is to provide a brief description of yourself, although this field is optional.
  2. Access the API configuration
Once logged in, go to the settings option and select "API Key". Configure it according to your preferences. An image

  3. Access the "Event Types" section

    • In the left menu, select "Event Types", which will take you to the event configuration. Select the event you want.
  4. Select the "Availability" option

    • Then, click on the "Availability" option in the left menu to view and modify your availability schedule.
  5. Get the numbers in the URL:

    • In your browser's address bar, after being redirected to the availability page, you will see a URL containing some digits. These digits are part of the unique event or availability configuration ID that you will need to configure your agent. This value should be copied and used in the Event Type ID field in your agent's configuration. An image
